I can only play this game after midnight

At the current moment I can't play ranked games (and just shouldn't play unranked) during the evening when I want to. Why? because of toxic players of course. They are everywhere and they are horrible. I once heard that Riot was changing the tribunal system, but I have no idea when that will happen (or maybe it already did). All these toxic players do is complain and if you are behind in your game you are done ... there is no coming back. That requires teamwork, and toxic players can't do teamwork. They hate it because they have already called everyone on their team a newb so they wont help. I would like to get to silver league at some point, but my obstacle is not how i play but now when I play. I think that this is ridiculous.
