Report system needs a serious rework, it ruins almost every one of my games

Almost every game I play the losing team is just looking for ways to report eachother, spamming to report their teammates in all chat for reasons that arent even reportable most of the time. I do think there should be a system in place to punish extremely toxic players, but the current system is doing more negative than positive.

Proposed solution:

Remove all report options besides Cheating(to catch scripters) and intentionally feeding/AFK. This will also cause these two problems to be punished at a much higher rate, and hopefully make the quality of games much higher than before.
