Solo/Duo Queue Ranked 3v3?

Hello Summoners!!

I know this will get alot of "Find some friends!!" But still, I would very much like to enjoy playing a solo game in 3's ranked, or even Duo! I know 3's is like the red-headed step child of league (Maybe Dominion? or Dominion just the forgotten one?) But lets remember to respect everyone's enjoyment in the game regardless what we may feel! 

I think it would be nice to have a Solo/Duo option in 3's, now I know people may say it would be an easy way to reach top rank or just climb the ladder cause it's easier to carry an entire team in 3's than it is in 5's, however though, you can counter something like that, or similar by increasing the number of games to raise rank when the system detects you're doing 3v3's mainly. I.E, When I have 78 points and I win a game in 5v5, I suddenly reach 99. Well, If I had the same 78 points in my division (Bronze II) and I win a game in 3's, I should only reach 83 or at most 85 points. I believe reducing lets say 45% of what you would gain based on performance and match outcome for 3's may do the trick?

I do not quite understand enough (Percentage wise) on how much on average you earn on points, mainly because when I first started my Solo Queue I only won 4/10 games and I reached Bronze I, I lost 3 and then dropped to bronze II. So I must ask the community, how is it exactly measured and if you have a better way, May you please use this post to put your Idea down and share it?
