Dear Riot, Please Remove/Regulate Referral RP

Dear Riot, please regulate or completely remove referral RP. I just recently created a new account so that I could start playing LoL again after being away for a year (forgot my password, and wanted to start anew, anyway). I used to enjoy the occasional game of dominion, so I entered a game. SEVEN of the 'players' were extremely noticeable bots, many with similar names. I can only assume this is a method of RP farming by referral. I won easily, but I did NOT enjoy that game. Just to make sure it wasn't a fluke, I entered again. EIGHT bots this time. In other words, no one can play an enjoyable real game of dominion against actual people at this point until after level 30, when the bots should (theoretically) disappear. The sole real person in the game with me commented that twisted treeline was the same.

This is ridiculous.

Referral RP exists to bring new players into LoL. Ironically, referral RP (due to referral bots) is now responsible for destroying the experiences of any REAL new LoL players, making it less likely for them to continue playing.

Please either remove referral RP completely, or send the occasional riot employee into various game modes before level 30 to find obvious bots (there are soooo MANY) and ban the account those accounts are sending RP to.
