Petition for Refusing to Communicate

Hello, this is a petition for the report system to implement the Refusing to Communicate category back and with force.

I just got out of a game with a taric and tf, they weren't buddies or pre-made. However Taric kept trying to 1v1 this renekton instead of helping us, and twisted fate kept running away, threatening to feed if we took another kill on accident. He was very vulgar as well. We were actually ahead on bot lane, and honestly, we had the game in the bag, but they turned it around because Taric was 1v1ing Renekton and we had to 3v4 a fed Corki, Vi, and then our bot lane who got assists/kills off TF and Taric. TF then tried to get me, nocturne and vayne reported, keep in mind we werent in a premade, I have never played with these people before this game.

So I would like it if we could have Refusing to Communicate back as a report option, but mainly as a Sensor Option. What this means is that this report takes the other 2 report categories less seriously, but combines them?

Example: if you report for Refusing to Communicate, you can't report for intentional feeding or verbal abuse, instead what this does is it overlooks the game chat only. And decides if they need a chat ban, after that, it then looks at the map progress to see if said person kept going in by themselves and dying(So something like 3+ deaths consecutively within a certain time frame) It then also looks to see if the person who kept saying ill just feed kept feeding. Then if all parts are correct or only some, the big parts like feeding or not helping. They get a 12-24hour game prevention and nothing more at all under no means necessary, that way it gives them a break from playing, and it also makes it so they won't really feel the need to make another account to do the same thing as it takes time to keep doing that(making email accounts, signing up for the game, logging back in, getting to level 5 again)

tl;dr= Refusing to Communicate should be a bannable offense and it needs its own category.

P.S. The people saying its just normals/its just aram will also fall victim to the refusing to communicate punishment. As there is no reason to stop caring about game mechanics as it makes the experience worse for the rest of the team when you arent playing properly unless your team is cool with it, at which nobody would report for this(in that specific scenario)
