Regarding Garen's VU

I just wanted to thank Riot. I've always loved Garen. He was the first champion I played and I still play him frequently. I kind of feel like this VU was just for me. I have 3 Garen skins, and it made every single one of them better. I appreciate you going back to the drawing board and retouching the dreadnaught/rugged skins after hearing community reaction. You did a superb job.
