Rito should update Evelyn so that she can compete to other champions. Evelynn is so weak that a Soraka Support can take her alone. Her passive can get a smaller radius or something that can help contest with the other champions in league. Seriously in Nemesis Draft I would rather play a poro than Evelynn. Riot had updated so many op champions yet they don't have the time to upgrade Evelyn. They could also try giving her more burst dame or life steal since she is weak as heck .
