Suggestion for rw of Pulsefire Ezreal

I love the pulsefire ezreal skin but, this don't is a ultimate, it's a legendary! i think the visual of the spell abilities can be better. think with me, in all the ultimates have more than one form and more than one Particles for the spell, the visual change with the form but in the pulsefire ezreal it's the same in all forms, my opinion in the first form the abilities show weak and will be more strong in the 2nd and upgrades it Until finally the most strong form the 16 level 4th form .
