why corki mid is so much better than corki adc

I have played corki rather extensively this week as he is one of the very few champs i pwn on a smurf. I have been playing mid and adc, and i have come to believe he is so much better as a mid laner rather than an adc.

The reasons are many, first of all his solo labe experience gives him a huge advantage over the enemy adc so when a team fight comes you are way stronger, whereas as adc your lvl is the same but since you need a triforce to really do any dmg it takes longer to build it than most items.

Another reason is that mid laner is closer to blue buf f if you are on the blue side of the map, than the adc this means your jungler can give you a blue buff which significantly increases your lane domination as you can spam q and r all the time to push waves fast.

Also corki is a good opportunist who can roam and pick kills in other lanes without being in real danger, simply stay back launch your rockets from distance and help your bot lane in a close fight without risking much, if you get in trouble use your valc to escape.

I personally have had alot more success with corki in mid rather than in the adc even though i play adc way more frequently than i do mid.

What really bothers me is how people consider it to be a troll pick and in many occasions in ranked matches i have had people harassing me over picking corki mid, even pick a mid laner to try and force me to leave mid and go adc. They all believe it's a HAI thing just because he played it in a couple of games in the LCS, the truth is i have played corki mod since before hai did and i always loved that, i don't know why people don't respect it.
