3 refunds per season....

Is probably never going to be approved by Riot bc it starts to cut into RP profits by a decent amount long term.

Maybe 1 or 2 a season that are different tokens and can only refund IP purchases would work though? What does the community think, would people even want a couple IP refunds each season? (Maybe for something like picking up reworked champs, and refunding them if you don't like them)
