Custom Game Champs and Position Selection

Wouldn't it be useful for custom games to have the the full champ selection for bots and getting to choose positions of ally/enemy bots? Then people wouldn't have the excuse to play in a real game with a champ they never played in their position/role before. Thoughts? Rito, you reading this?
