Trypophobia and Program Lissandra

I feel like some skins should be marked, with Trypophobia warnings. Its a fear/extreme reaction to small clusters of holes, and it can really disturb people especially in game. My friend bought me a skin that triggers mine, (Program Liss) and because of it, he wasted 10 dollars. I really feel this is unfair and for future reference all skins should have either A. An in-client way to look at the skins features Or B. A warning if it could potentially set off people's reactions.

Just my personal thoughts, though.
