Laggs with stable ping

Played some ARAM today and my ping was 80. No spikes just huge laggs. The ones when you cant move for 10 seconds. Iwas watching my ping all the time and it was stable at 80. Two other teammates complained about the same thing. Riot? we dont need no skin boosters!! WE WANT STABLE SERVERS!!! Thank you
