Drafting Feedback

So currently in the game of League you que up and draft whatever whatever. Pick your roles things like that (or in blind you call out and yell at each other for 10 minutes...)

Anyway. This is MOSTLY for Draft/Ranked but it would be good for everything as well. I'm looking for Riot to LOCK the game so it cannot be closed or minimized (unless your literally pressing X for "dodge" or you have to go and can't play that game, penalities will still apply)

What is the situation then?

Well I have noticed everyone right when we are in picking phase. Yea they go to youtube, facebook, twitter. Whatever and don't bother with chat or anything. The amount of times I have talked in the chat, weither it telling the jungle to get smite, or adc to get heal is rediculious. What do I get? People that are afk and not talking at all.

What would locking do to help this situation?

It would FORCE the game to be the first thing on the screen. Anything on that monitor being behind it at all times UNTIL the loading screen into the game. Making SURE players are AT the drafting phase to SEE peoples HIGHLIGHTED champions. And the CHAT. That people WHAT to communicate on.

Currently you can close it and afk and not give a care in the world. This needs to change and stop. People shouldn't be able to not care about the chat and highlighted champions. We should have the community help each other even in the draft phase.

Also another thing that needs to happen - In the draft phase AND in the game. During Draft/Ranked ques we NEED to SEE who is in a party at the time. Any kind of Icon would do.
