Illaoi's W against Teemo.

I feel like illaoi's w should command tentacles even when the hit is dodged or blocked. You have no idea how annoying it is to be completely useless in a teamfight because you ult, teemo q's you and for the duration of teemo's q, your tentacles are just like, "Bruh did you command me to hit someone? Idk. I didn't see it". It makes her Ult, W combo very useless. Edit: this should be in gameplay.. IDK how I managed to post this in misc.
