Runes / Masteries reorder

Hi everyone , Here is an idea which was raised by me and it is a bit annoying since 6 years have passed and still this issue is not fixed . I have many masteries and rune pages and since now you have to pick mainly 2 roles or with the changing meta from patch to patch I try to reorganize the masteries or rearrange the rune pages but sadly you can't do so except by clearing the whole page and remake it . The idea is simple : why can't we drag the page eg. from page 5 in rune page drag it to make it your 1st since you are playing with this champ most of the time . also to move the empty rune pages to the end, instead of having them in the middle of your selection pages . Also, empty rune pages should go invisible and you just have ( + ) sign next to rune page when u want to add you can add them instead of having empty ones which is pretty annoying . So what do you think ?
