[HELP] Promotion Not Saved

So, I was playing a game this morning, sometime around 8:45 - 10:00 PST, when I received my error. Basically what happened:

• Played a game of League of legends.
• Team ended up winning.
• During the victory screen I clicked "Continue" like usual to exit the in game mode.
• After this I was greeted with "Skip waiting for game results", which isn't exactly an uncommon occurrence so I decided to roll with it.
• Skipped waiting and went to check my new league that I should have been placed in...
• Wait a minute... Why am I in the same league still?
• Checks Match history Huh, it didn't update, maybe if I relog it will take effect.
• relogs and goes to leagues to see my new league members
• ...
• Still no update to my match hisroty, or my league which should have gotten me into Silver V (I know, not the biggest of deals, but I was actually really excited to start working my way towards Gold.)
• Finally I attempted a reboot to my computer, because that's always the solution, right? Sadly it did not work...

I don't exactly have much information outside of I was playing a couple of games with a dude by the name of Boncos. He got his promotion before I did, so he left after that and I was left to fend for myself, I was on a roll with him as Cass, but the game where the error occurred I was playing as Varus. I just want to get my promotion and I really don't want to risk loosing my Silver ranking because of a glitch. If you guys could help at all it would be very much appreciated.
