Idea to help out 1v1 queue if it is ever rereleased

I was thinking about ways to make a 1v1 mode a little better to play because one of the bigger down sides was that you spend more time in Queue/champ select and the loading screen than you do in the game most times.

So here is my suggestion.

Have it work much like team builder did. You pre select which champion you are going to play and also select 3 champions in which you are going to ban. Then you Queue up. When you find a match you click accept and it takes you to the lobby where it gives you 30 seconds to confirm your master/rune pages and summoner spells. Then the game starts.

The main issue with this though is someone could ban the champion you pre selected. So in order to try and fix that it could ether A. try and match you against people that have not banned the champion you preselect. Or B. instead of preselecting a champion to play you would only preselect bans and then have 30-40 seconds to pick a champion once the lobby opened.

This would cut down on the time spent in the lobby for the 1v1 game mode while still keeping the bans. I don't expect this to ever get made because it would take a lot of resources to develop all of the UI and features to try and make this work. But it was just an Idea I thought I would share.
