1. What decides who gets to design the next champ?
2. What decides what role the next champ is going to be? Like why release two ADCs back to back with Jinx and Lucian as oppose to someone else?
3. What decides what order things get worked on?
4. What decides who gets to lead the rework of champs?
5. Lastly, what made you want to work at Riot?
