Suggestion for use of IP (For those with tons of IP)

A lot of people have all the champions and have tons of leftover ip. Skins cost RP. We all want skins. What if we could "rent" skins, with more expensive skins costing more IP per game (or over time, whatever the case). If we try out skins before buying them, we may have more of a reason to buy them, or buy RP to buy them. Share thoughts if this is sensible or not pls
