Another way chroma skins/mastery chests should be available

@RiotGames should make it so when you get mastery levels you get mastery chests and chroma skins, like every 100 you should get an extra chest, and every 300 you should get a chroma skin

There are 132 champions and 7 levels possible per champion so you can get 924 levels so you'd get 9 boxes and 3 chroma skins which isn't a lot for how long it would take, but better than nothing
