important question???

its not huge actually just very curious and no one has had an answer yet. In masteries there is a skill that buff all shines and monster buffs. does that include the buff Nunu gets by eating monsters, and does Bards W get a boost from this since it is a shrine. this could also include the hidden passive syndra gets by using monsters with her W. i just really want an answer been waiting months and no one has answered this the last time i put it up.
