An Idea for the rift

Feel free to completely shoot this down, it's just a dumb Idea at 8am. What if in summoners rift you could choose how the field looked? Like how there's snow now but you could choose it rather than waiting for snow down ( Of course this would be reserved for custom games ) the options would be like: regular rift (day, afternoon, night) Snowdown rift, and doombots rift with the creepy orange sky and fog everywhere. And even the old versions from seasons 1-4 maybe? And the choice could be either the game host gets to choose, or everyone could vote on it in lobby chat. What do you guys think?
