stalkers blade to strong

please please please either nerd this item or delete it from the game so op on to many champs I've been seeing vaynes in jungle all over the place now and as soon as they complete it no one can kill them. almost same for Yi. every game now someone has it and everyone complains its to strong. like make if every 10th attack idk. i just find it stupid how someone who wins lanes and uses skills "not talking about me" gets killed by an afk farmer who at the end it like first time (fill in champs name) because it gives yi 3 attacks in 1 hit and vayne have so much true damage she can kill a tank in 3hits now.
