For those oh so unpleasent people we run across all to frequently! ;)

So! here is a thought, these people are mean, they aren't someone you want to interact with, but they can sneak themselves through our ranks being as cruel as they choose without punishment! and we know we can't punish them severely because that's a little much for schoolyard bullying, but we can BRAND them! ;) You all know the ribbons we get through honoring those in game, well, you should be able to dishonor a player! and give them an unpleasant ribbon signifying that they are unpleasant to play with because of their behavior! its enough of a punishment that they can't hide their behavior and its enough that its not something you want nailed to your account! :D
