I personally think that you should reset low prioty timer after like 10 games after low prioty is gone. It's quite fair. And you won't constantly get 20 min after things happen. I mean they should really reset it, one's mistake when they just started league can be forgiven. I prefer making it like 5 min again after 10 games with no low prioty.
