Darius is a Vampire

Darius' Q (Decimate) heals him for "12% of his missing health per enemy champion hit (max: 36%)". This just doesn't fit his overall character at all. I mean, he's not drinking the blood of his victims to regain health is he?! That would be more like . Unless he gets so much of a thrill from seeing his enemy's blood that the adrenaline magically heals his wounds. Maybe it's in disguise of a muscled brute wielding a battle axe in order to further satisfy his blood thirst. I don't know....
