Bring Team Builder Back

I can't be the only one thinking this. The only way to guarantee getting a role is teaming up with four other people, and that's kind of ridiculous. Also good luck playing any new champs that come out, because everyone will just ban them. On the off chance they aren't banned, someone else will probably get to them before you do. it's just such an inefficient system, and all Riot would have to do is add Team Builder to fix it. #ritopls
