Windows 10 problems

Okay so before downloading my league used to run 30-40 ping with 60 fps and no crashes, after getting win 10 however I was experiancing 200-300 ping everygame and multiple game crashes, I believe I have fixed the crashing issue by dissabling IPHelper from my services however I have no idea how to fix my now high ping that used to never be a problem. any suggestions will be highly appreciated, thankyou.
