Vlad was pretty useless before this patch,but im a master at him,so in my hands Vlad can be a god,but that was before this patch,now vlad is trash,even in my hands.NICE RIOT,too good at balancing champions,we will soon see Vlad becomes the lowest win rate champion.

um I agree he needs a little buff to some of his kit , but I wouldn't say he is absolute garbage:P I feel more bad for cass XD 38 percent win ratio RIP.

Vlad's busted. His identity is lost. Riot didn't care about actually reworking him. They reworked him in a way where he's 9,000x easier to counter regardless of who the opponent is, and in turn he's 0% viable in competitive play. RIP vlad 5/3/2016.
They almost halved his Q damage, and his E is basically a self destruct button :p
