Getting in Contact With Production

For the past few months I've been teaching myself video editing and recently I finished a Spirit montage that I'm really proud of. My next project is about Reignover. I talked to League support and they said that they couldn't put me in contact with the production team but that I should still post on here and hope a Rioter sees and helps me. I'm wanting to use the voice tracks from the Reignover/Huni Duos video and the Reignover/Smeb feature from 2015 specifically and without music, but without getting in touch with production there's no way I can do that.

If anyone can help me, that'd be awesome, but I also understand if there's some sort of legal stuff out there that wouldn't allow me to get a hold of that stuff.
