I love draft pick normals, but...

Everytime they release a new champion its a queue for 30 secs, ban phase for 2 mins and if they don't ban the new champs we get the pick phase where last 1 minute until someone dodge and again, and again, and again (they release a support now, so nobody get autofilled, but still). Its a horrible place.
