Leaverbuster outrage

So I had a very laggy game, but we still won. And at the end of the match, when the victory screen was SUPPOSED to show, i got an attempting to recconcect screen. After 5 minutes, I decided that i would just end the game in hopes it would bring me to the post game screen. It did, but i also got a Leaverbuster notice for the next 5 games, 20 minutes each.
