Down under icons >:(

So... when the oceanic event was going on I decided to head on over to the Oceanic servers and do the event to get the Fizz icon. I had fun while I was there, but it was time for me to leave. When I got the icon I had to pay 2600RP for the transfer back. I didn't have enough RP so I went to a Local store that sold RP cards. When I bought it, I couldn't even redeem it on the oceanic server because RP cards are Region specific. I had to go through Riot support team to help me out, and so they did, which I thank them for. So after some time I finally got to pay for my transfer back to NA and was so happy that I had a rare icon. Everyone was asking me how I got it and how cool it was. Everyone in the Oceanic server worked hard to attain their goal to unlock the icon!!! Now Riot decides to bring out here and sell it for 250RP!!!! That is almost 1/10 of the damn transfer I had to pay for, and no one here has to work for it like in the oceanic servers!!!!!!!! WTF?!!! If I knew from the start that Riot was going to do this then I would never have transferred over, WASTED time, and WASTED my money... and all for them to bring it out here all of a sudden... >:O
