Riot Im willing for longer queue times in game modes (Read below)

So Im the gold 4, and my team mates are about all bronze 4, now I don't really mind the whole there bad thing, but (as you may know) Lower elo is very toxic, sure high elo is toxic, but if you have ever been in low elo (which I have been before) you understand what I mean by every single game someone telling you to kys, or they scream and afk, im willing to have a 10 min queue time just so I can get a good game mode game. I also hate stomping people every single time makes the game un fun :/
