Pregame Chat Monitoring

I have been playing lol for a very long time now and today marks the first day that I have ever rage quit a game. I am the type of person that always believes we can win and will never even afk or surrender no matter what. I have no problem with non meta picks as I feel like they often set opponents off guard and I have no problem with breaking the meta or seeing my team do it. That being said there needs to be chat logs of pre game to hold players accountable. I play draft pick to get away from as many trolls as I can as it has a clear pick order which I find reduces the trolls. However in this past week I have been trolled more then I ever have in my life. I find myself playing 2-3 games a day where I just get trolled until I am sick of playing the game and I go play something else. I used to play all day, but the one thing that frustrates me and causes me to stop playing is the abundant trolls that are becoming more common. Riot needs to log pregame chat to at least partially control this problem. Now I know that this wouldn't stop all the trolls, but I feel like it would at least reduce the trolling to a bearable level. There is no reason not at all to log this pregame chat as I believe this is when most of the trolling happens or at least starts. Now back to what I first said I had my first game today in which I ever rage quit. I entered a draft game today in which I was second pick. I decided to call mid. No one else called mid so as it was my turn to pick I went to pick a mid and our top pick instalocked mid. ok fine he is first pick I would have appreciated if he had said something, but whatever. I then proceeded to pick and call jungle since mid was now taken. As we get to the end of the draft one of our last picks locks in lee and then starts raging at me for calling jungle. Claiming at first that I didn't call it and then claiming that I had called mid. The messed up thing was the team supported him like they were all premades (another huge issue). I figured he would top or dodge as I had called the role and picked it before him so I decided not to dodge myself. As we got in game lee started harassing me more for taking the jungler role. I soon realized he wasn't going to go top so I decided to start at the opposite buff. The problem was he just followed me around everywhere I went. As I started the jungle he wouldn't tank or help me do damage at all. All he would do is wait to last hit it. I decided to try walking far away into the other jungle and he still followed. I tried starting other buffs i tried going top all he would do it follow. This combined with the fact that my whole team was supporting him caused me to quit my first game ever in LOL. I feel like if I could have just reported him for his pregame actions it could be solved. I report people like this after the game, but often this happens in the context of premade four teams where everyone blames the person that they aren't premade with and forces you to do the role which they don't want. Premade teams is another issue, but the main point of this extended rant is please riot log pregame chat and make it reportable, there is no reason not to and it would help so many issues and severely cut down on the trolling.

PS I really am finding myself no longer enjoying a game that I play for fun. I play nowhere near as much as I used to. Also I know ragequitting wasn't the correct response, but it is what it is. It is something I have done once in my whole time on LOL
