Theory Time! Featuring Kled!

I want to hear some theories on the new champion Kled! So far I think he is some sort of border control for Noxus. He rides his mount and during his ult his mount attacks someone while you fight someone else. Sort of like a nautilus ult where it goes after them and fights while you continue to fight others. Also something to point out in the video would be that he was holding a weird leaf in his left hand. Is it a homage to the bush chirping on the pbe? Or a part of his kit or lore? I wanna know what you guys think! Personally I want him to be permenantly mounted and separate for an ability. Would hate to only have the mount during ult. I'm super hyped for this champion and I hope he is going to be an AD jungle/top.
