How would I deal damage with this as an ap champion?

I mean I can't see where and who I'm casting on because I can't see where to aim my spells because both of the eye sockets are filled with ruby I'm guessing? Also, I don't think that the strap will fit some of the champions' heads unless it gets an extension. I guess I could scare the enemy to death like so?
