Will we ever see a champion like Sombra from Overwatch?

As in, with stealth and a LeBlanc W that doesnt do damage or have a dash, but has a much longer window to reactivate. Pretty much the only reason I play Overwatch is because I find the combination of these two mechanics immensely satisfying; place a beacon, stealth, run around invis to assassinate, then blink back to safety.

But League and Overwatch are very different games. Would Twitch Q + a poor man's Ekko ult be too broken to ever exist in League, even if the champion has lower damage and durability than typical assassins?
