I love how the people at riot make nerfs

They be all like "oh the fans say this champ does way too much damage is hella tanky..better nerf his movespeed" or "damn this champ a great mid laner..lets make his CD lower and ad ratio higher" Like they dont care at all. BUT thats my opinion and I'm entilted to it DONT FREAKING REMOVE THIS.
