Can this new champ be different?

It seems like every new champ follows one of two patterns. They are ether broken as shit on release then beaten into unviablity with the nerf hammer like Gnar and Yasuo or they are just very underwhelming like Tahm and Bard. All these champs are playable but there are better options then them.
