Why do afks lose the same amount of LP as the teammates?

Why is it not 2x or 3x? Waiting 5 mins or even 20 mins before game isn't anything at all. Last game we were winning like 15/10 with tower and shit. This hec just argued with karma and decided to leave at like 13th min. We lost the game of course. Wouldn't it be more effective if the leave buster busted players lose 3x amount of LP instead of the same? I have met players who left at 4th min cuz "work called". Hell he may not even get any penalty if it wasn't his 10th time. Just make the 4 other player lose half LP and put them on the afkers. I don't care if he had to go to work or his dog got burned or his house is on fire. afk is afk. Counter strike punish players for the first time abandoning the match, why can't you rito?
