Toxic behaviour at higher levels

So, i started playing LoL a couple months ago, currently level 19 and have seen some toxic players in pvp matches.I heard that League have a pretty bad community before i started playng, so that was expected. But sometimes these people really annoys me, like not calling lanes and then just go whichever lane they wants to even though someone has already called it before him/her,Instalock their champion, AFKing, refuse to communicate to the team, spam pings, insulting other people..... i could go on. So my question is, do these behaviors still exist in higher levels? Like level 30 PvP, or even ranked? Ranked should be free of toxic/troll players right? I sure hope so.

The majority of problems with lane-calling and other normal behaviors before level 30 can be attributed to lack of experience. Once you get into ranked though, the most toxic and trolly players tend to end up in low bronze. There is at least some toxicity at all levels of play, it's just an unfortunate fact of the community. Too many just vent at others without thinking.

"Free of toxic/troll players". I have one thing to say to you. "Elo Hell".

There is always toxic people, and you will never escape them. In ranked, Gold and up has less trolls than Bronze and Silver. But you do not know what toxic is until you get to Bronze V. Even challenger rank sees toxic players. People rage, people who cannot control themselves flame, and people who flame create a toxic game.
