Could Riot implement a system that gives a random sample of players a survey when they Log in?

I would love to see a system implemented that when logging in a survey pops up that asks questions about current League features, Balance, w/e for players level 30 and up above with at least 300+ games on their account in Normals/Ranked. (The Chosen players for the survey would be random, like some 10,000 or so players); And every month or two shows the results in a detailed post made by Riot.

It would really help or not help Riot has with the arguments of players wanting a feature COUGH Dynamic Queue. Instead of Riot just saying we wanted or didn't want X with no proof or data to support their claim.
