Simple Tooltips Option

a wild idea I got: how about an option to turn tooltips to simplified versions. for example, I already know what my Super Mega Death Rocket does, so when I hover over it I just want to chenc the damage. obviously it should be optional, because tooltips are important to new players, but for the majority of the community I think it would be a good change.
