Need better parameters for Low Priority Queue

So recently I was in a ranked game and I had a blackout. Despite hurrying to reconnect the game had ended by the time I got in. Even though this was the first DC I've had in atleast 6 months I was placed into low priority queue. I suggest that Riot adds more parameters in order to get put into low priority queue including reports, afks, dc's, and the time period between each. This way someone who has only Dc'd once in the past year won't be put into low priority queue due to one mishap.
