So when does the Tribunal come back?

To start, I'll give the backstory

I just had an incredibly frustrating experience in game. I was playing Ezreal. I took our AP Gragas jungle's blue buff because I could use the cooldown reduction and the mana regen. After a comment from our Gragas (Something along the lines of, "If you're going to take my blue, at least have manamune."), I responded saying that I could use the mana regen. The harmless banter continued until our top lane Nasus, who I can only assume was duoing with the Gragas decided to join in. Things turned Vitriolic really quickly. I tried to remain as non-abusive as possible, and I think I achieved that (although I was a little snarky, if memory serves). The debate, if you can call it that, continued until our Gragas dove 1v5 and died. The resulting fight caused us to lose the game. Of course, I was blamed for not kiting (although I was), and the loss was consequently my fault. After game, they (the Gragas and the Nasus) acted all sweet in the aftergame chat, and convinced the enemy team that my support and I were being toxic (my support was DEFINITELY not toxic, although he did defend me). I can only assume I got reported for almost all of them because I received a message telling me to rectify my behaviour.

I can't help but feel an offense to righteousness. I don't think I deserved this response, and I invite an employee of Riot Games to look at the chat history. If they decided I deserved it, I'll accept the punishment without complaint. That said, I don't think I deserved it, and I don't think that other players would think so either.

I come now to my questions: What are your (Riot Games') plans with the Tribunal? Will it ever return?

I'm sorry if this came off as a thread made just to bitch and moan; that's not my intention. The first paragraph was just meant to give context to why these questions come to the forefront of my mind.
