Client Ping Counter (Suggestion)

I think it might be a nice addition to the game if there were some way to tell what your ping was before entering a game. It's kind of a pain in the butt to go through everything to enter a Custom game just to see if your ping to Riot's servers is bearable at a given time.

And if you wanted to do something a bit more fancy, add warnings to players if they're about to enter queue with more than, say, 150 ping. Furthermore, if someone has more than 200, they're not allowed to queue up for ranked.
