Garen gets nerfed for getting stronger when his enemy kills him. While if you do well against irelia you get stunned.

Morde still gets the "one less ability" treatment, as he sees yet another nerf.

"Once upon a time we might have said AD Mordekaiser" I'm pretty sure he is still ad tank/ hybrid tank.

"Letting Morde self-cast the skill should give him some more punch back in solo lane" That is a lie, build tank get no heal or damage, build damage and well GG I died.

Oh, and for next patch they have a champion that soraka can't heal, when soraka was considered the consistency healer.
