Reconnecting issues.

Riot when someone loses internet/connection they shouldn't have to close/restart the entire client to reconnect. On rare occasions it just reconnects when internet comes back, but as I said 'rare'. Because my standing issue is how long it takes to do all this and once it even resulted in a ban :/.
